Fees for a real estate transaction are generally handled on a flat fee basis. Our fees are approximately .5% of the purchase price but vary somewhat depending on where the closing will be held and other factors.

We provide you with an engagement agreement that details all the services we provide, the fees involved and related matters. Fifty (50%) percent of our fees are required to be paid in advance. The balance is due at Closing.
