Steven O. Zalkin
Steven O. Zalkin, Esq. has been practicing law since 1979.
Mr. Zalkin graduated from New York Law Scool, cum laude, in
1978 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the New York Law School
Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Zalkin spent three years
at a large Manhattan law firm, practicing both business, corporate
and bankruptcy law and began practicing real estate law beginning
in 1981.
After founding his own firm, Shaw & Zalkin,
Mr. Zalkin continued to practice business/corporate, real
estate, and bankruptcy law. In his practice, Mr. Zalkin has
been involved in real estate commerical transactions, purchases,
sales and construction, as well as representing buyers and
sellers in numerous residential purchases and sales of apartments
and single family homes in New York City, Long Island and
Westchester County.

Adam Silverstein, Esq.
Adam Silverstein, Esq. graduated from Benjamin
N. Cardozo School of Law in June 1995. Mr. Silverstein has
been practicing law since April 1996 and is admitted to practice
in both New York and New Jersey. Mr. Silverstein is admitted
to practice in the United States District Courts in both the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Silverstein's
practice includes both real estate law and litigation.
